Missouri Revised Statutes Title V. Military Affairs and Police § 40.415. Military property, purchasing or receiving in pawn or pledge--court-martial

If any person shall knowingly and willfully purchase, or receive in pawn or pledge any military property of the state of Missouri or of the United States in use by the state of Missouri, he shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
