Missouri Revised Statutes Title IX. Suffrage and Elections § 115.425. Name must be on precinct register to be eligible to vote, exception

Except as provided in subsection 4  1 of section 115.277, the election judges shall allow no person to vote whose name does not appear in the precinct register without the express sanction of the election authority.
