Nothing in sections 34.350 to 34.359 is intended to contravene any existing treaty, law, agreement, or regulation of the United States. All contracts under sections 34.350 to 34.359 shall be entered into in accordance with existing treaty, law, agreement, or regulation of the United States including all treaties entered into between foreign countries and the United States regarding export-import restrictions and international trade and shall not be in violation of sections 34.350 to 34.359 to the extent of such accordance.
