Records and documents submitted to the state treasurer relating to financial investments in a business, sales figures or projections or other business results or business plan information, the disclosure of which may have a negative impact on the competitiveness of the business, shall be deemed a “closed record” as such term is defined in section 610.010 to 610.030.
