Missouri Revised Statutes Title IV. Executive Branch § 30.440. No deposits in bank in which officers hold stock

No state moneys may be deposited on either time or demand deposit in any banking institution in this state of which bank any one or more of the state treasurer, the governor, or the state auditor is at the time the owner of any of the outstanding shares of capital stock of any class of such bank or is an officer or employee thereof.
