The attorney general shall design, implement, and oversee a dedicated program to help military service members and their families find and retain affordable and qualified legal counsel in this state. The program shall be marketed to attorneys and military service members and their families. The program shall publicize coordinated offerings of pro bono legal services available to military service members and their families. The attorney general shall collaborate with the Missouri bar in administering this program.
