Missouri Revised Statutes Title III. Legislative Branch § 23.295. Division of workforce development to assist displaced employees

If an employee is displaced because a program is sunset, reorganized, or continued, the state agency and the division of workforce development in the department of economic development shall make a reasonable effort to relocate the displaced employee.
