Missouri Revised Statutes Title III. Legislative Branch § 21.200. Expenses of visiting committees

No member of any committee shall be allowed any pay by the committee on accounts or by resolution for visiting any institution or place, except actual necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of his duties on the committee, which amount shall be certified by the chairman of the visiting committee before allowance.
