Missouri Revised Statutes Title II. Sovereignty, Jurisdiction and Emblems § 8.330. Information as to condition of buildings, collection, availability

The director of the division of facilities management, design and construction may secure information and data relating to state facilities from all departments and agencies of the state and each department and agency shall furnish information and data when requested by the director of the division of facilities management, design and construction. All information and data collected by the director of the division of facilities management, design and construction is available at all times to the general assembly upon request.
