Minnesota Statutes Water (Ch. 103A-114B) § 103B.253. County levy authority

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a county levying a tax undersection 103B.241,103B.245, or103B.251shall not include any taxes levied under those authorities in the levy certified undersection 275.07, subdivision 1, paragraph (a). A county levying undersection 103B.241,103B.245, or103B.251shall separately certify that amount and the auditor shall extend that levy as a special taxing district levy undersections 275.066and275.07, subdivision 1, paragraph (b).
