Minnesota Statutes Utilities (Ch. 216-216H) § 216B.43. Hearing on complaint

Upon the filing of an application undersection 216B.42or upon complaint by an affected utility that the provisions ofsections 216B.39to216B.42have been violated, the commission shall hold a hearing, upon notice, within 30 days after the filing of the complaint, and shall render its decision within 30 days after the hearing.
