Minnesota Statutes Transportation (Ch. 160-174A) § 174.60. Railroad passenger service provided

The purpose and intent ofsections 174.60to174.63is to provide for a balanced transportation system in the state, required by the public convenience and necessity, by making available rail passenger service not provided by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation in its basic national rail passenger system.
