Minnesota Statutes Transportation (Ch. 160-174A) § 168.844. Other fleet rental vehicles

Upon registration of the number of rental trucks or rental trailers required bysections 168.841to168.846to be registered in this state and upon payment of all registration fees, all rental trucks or rental trailers owned by an owner and identified as being a part of the owner's fleet and currently licensed in any state, territory, province, country or the District of Columbia shall be permitted to operate in this state in both interstate and intrastate commerce.
