Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 341.271. Gift authority

The commissioner may apply for, receive, and expend grants and gifts of money consistent with the powers and duties specified insection 341.27. The commissioner may accept gifts, bequests, grants, payments for services, and other public and private money to help finance the activities required under this chapter.
