Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 340A.303. Transfers

A license undersection 340A.301or340A.302may be transferred only with the commissioner's consent. When a licensee is a corporation a change in ownership of more than ten percent of its stock must be reported to the commissioner within ten days of the change.
