Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 332.59. Violations

Any person who violatessections 332.52to332.58is guilty of a misdemeanor. A violation ofsections 332.52to332.58is a violation ofsection 325F.69, subdivision 1, and the provisions ofsection 8.31apply.Sections 332.52to332.58do not limit or restrict the right of any person to pursue any appropriate remedy for a violation ofsections 332.52to332.58. The provisions ofsection 45.027apply to the enforcement ofsections 332.52to332.58.
