Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 327A.07. Variations

The commissioner of labor and industry may approve pursuant tosections 14.05to14.28, variations from the provisions ofsections 327A.02and327A.03if the warranty program of the vendor or the home improvement contractor requesting the variation offers at least substantially the same protections to the vendee or owner as provided by the warranties set forth insection 327A.02.
