Subdivision 1. State Fair camping areas.Notwithstandingsections 327.14to327.28or any rule adopted by the commissioner of health, the State Agricultural Society must operate and maintain a camping area on the State Fairgrounds during the State Fair and the Minnesota Street Rod Association's Back to the 50's event, subject to the following conditions:
(1) recreational camping vehicles and tents, including their attachments, must be separated from each other and from other structures by at least seven feet;
(2) a minimum area of 300 square feet per site must be provided and the total number of sites must not exceed one site for every 300 square feet of usable land area; and
(3) each site must face a driveway at least 16 feet in width and each driveway must have unobstructed access to a public roadway.
Subd. 2. County fair camping areas. Notwithstandingsections 327.14to327.28, or any rule adopted by the commissioner of health, any area maintained by a county agricultural society as a camping area during a county fair or any other event is subject to the conditions specified in subdivision 1, clauses (1) to (3).
