Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 326B.085. Recovery of litigation costs and expenses

In any action brought by the commissioner for enforcement of an order issued undersection 326B.082for injunctive relief, or to compel performance pursuant to the applicable law, if the state finally prevails, the state, in addition to other penalties provided by law, may be allowed an amount determined by the court to be the reasonable value of all or part of the litigation expenses incurred by the state. In determining the amount of the litigation expenses to be allowed, the court shall give consideration to the economic circumstances of the defendant.
