(a) A small business, as defined by the United States Small Business Administration underCode of Federal Regulations, title 13, part 121, that conducts business in Minnesota or produces products or services that are targeted to residents of Minnesota, must not sell a consumer's sensitive data without the consumer's prior consent.
(b) Penalties and attorney general enforcement procedures undersection 325M.20apply to a small business that violates this section.
