Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 325G.45. Federal law

If a creditor becomes required by federal law to make disclosure of the terms required insection 325G.42in connection with the distribution of a credit card application, then the creditor is considered to have complied with the requirements ofsection 325G.42if the creditor complies with the federal disclosure requirement.
