Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 325F.54. Penalties

(a) Knowingly and willfully failing to have a clearly readable price indicated on more than six individual items of the same commodity shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and each commodity not priced in compliance withsections 325F.53to325F.55shall constitute a separate violation. Each day that a violation continues shall also constitute a separate violation;

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any person may bring an action to enjoin a violation ofsections 325F.53to325F.55.
