Minnesota Statutes Trade Regulations, Consumer Protection (Ch. 324-341) § 325F.29. Sales forbidden; exceptions; penalties

No person shall sell, lease, offer to sell or lease, or deliver or consign for sale or lease, or possess with intent to sell, lease, deliver, or consign for sale or lease, any bedding made, remade, or renovated in violation ofsections 325F.25to325F.32or any secondhand bedding unless since last used it has been thoroughly sterilized and disinfected as provided undersection 325F.28. A violation ofsections 325F.25to325F.32is a misdemeanor. The penalty provisions ofsection 8.31shall apply when any person is found to have violatedsections 325F.25to325F.32.
