Minnesota Statutes Telecommunications (Ch. 237, 238) § 237.774. Application of other laws

Except as provided insections 237.76to237.773, a telephone company subject to a plan approved undersections 237.764and237.773, shall comply with any state or federal laws governing the provision of telephone services. Nothing contained insections 237.76to237.773is intended in any way to change or modify the definitions contained insection 237.01or what constitutes the provision of telephone service under this chapter or other laws.
