Minnesota Statutes Telecommunications (Ch. 237, 238) § 237.03. Scope of law

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all the provisions of Revised Laws 1905, chapter 28 1, and acts amendatory thereof applying to railroad and express companies, shall insofar as the same are applicable apply also to telephone companies.
