Minnesota Statutes Public Welfare and Related Activities (Ch. 245-267) § 260C.702. Requirements for placements in qualified residential treatment programs

(1) an assessment by a qualified individual of whether it is necessary and appropriate to place the child at a qualified residential treatment program undersection 260C.704;

(2) a family and permanency team undersection 260C.706;

(3) an out-of-home placement plan undersection 260C.708;

(4) court approval of a child's placement in a qualified residential treatment program undersection 260C.71;

(5) ongoing reviews and permanency hearings undersection 260C.712; and

(6) a court review of any extended placement of the child in a qualified residential treatment program undersection 260C.714.
