The permanency proceedings shall be conducted in a timely fashion including that any trial required undersection 260C.163shall be commenced within 60 days of the admit-deny hearing required undersection 260C.507. At the conclusion of the permanency proceedings, the court shall:
(1) order the child returned to the care of the parent or guardian from whom the child was removed; or
(2) order a permanency disposition undersection 260C.515or termination of parental rights undersections 260C.301to260C.328if a permanency disposition order or termination of parental rights is in the child's best interests.
