Minnesota Statutes Public Welfare and Related Activities (Ch. 245-267) § 256R.53. Facility specific exemptions

Subdivision 1.Nursing facility in Golden Valley. The operating payment rate for a facility located in the city of Golden Valley at 3915 Golden Valley Road with 44 licensed rehabilitation beds as of January 7, 2015, is the sum of its direct care costs per standardized day, its other care-related costs per resident day, and its other operating costs per day.

Subd. 2. Repealed byLaws 2019, 1st Sp., c. 9, art. 4, § 30(c), eff. Jan. 1, 2021.

<Text of subd. 3 effective July 1, 2023, or upon federal approval, whichever is later.>

Subd. 3. Nursing facility in Red Wing. (a) The operating payment rate for a facility located in the city of Red Wing at 1412 West 4th Street is the sum of its direct care costs per standardized day, its other care-related costs per resident day, and its other operating costs per day.

(b) This subdivision expires June 30, 2025.
