If the commissioner suspends, reduces, or terminates eligibility for the MinnesotaCare program, or services provided under the MinnesotaCare program, the commissioner must provide notification according to the laws and rules governing the medical assistance program. A MinnesotaCare program applicant or enrollee aggrieved by a determination of the commissioner has the right to appeal the determination according tosection 256.045.
