Minnesota Statutes Public Welfare and Related Activities (Ch. 245-267) § 245C.19. Termination of affiliation based on disqualification notice

An applicant or license holder that terminates affiliation with persons studied undersection 245C.03, when the termination is made in good faith reliance on a notice of disqualification provided by the commissioner, shall not be subject to civil liability.
