Minnesota Statutes Proprietary Schools (Ch. 141-142) § 142G.10. MFIP eligibility requirements

Subdivision 1. MFIP eligibility requirements. To be eligible for MFIP, applicants must meet the general eligibility requirements insections 142G.11to142G.15, the property limitations insection 256P.02, and the income limitations insections 142G.16and256P.06.

Subd. 2. Verfication of information. .An agency must apply section 256P. 04 when documenting, verifying, and recertifying MFIP eligibility.An agency must only require verification of information necessary to determine MFIP eligibility and the amount of the assistance payment.
