Subdivision 1. Individuals to be studied. (a) The applicant or certification holder must submit a completed background study for each child care background study subject as defined insection 245C.02, subdivision 6a.
(b) To be accepted for certification, a background study on every individual applying for certification must be completed under chapter 245C and result in a not disqualified determination undersection 245C.14or a disqualification that was set aside undersection 245C.22.
