Minnesota Statutes Proprietary Schools (Ch. 141-142) § 142B.53. Mandatory reporting

Any individual engaging in licensing functions and activities under this chapter, including authorities delegated undersection 142B.30, must immediately report any suspected fraud to county children, youth, and families investigators or the Department of Children, Youth, and Families Office of Inspector General.
