Minnesota Statutes Proprietary Schools (Ch. 141-142) § 142A.416. Annual appropriation

All earnings from trust fund assets, all sums received undersection 142A.415, and 60 percent of the amount collected undersection 144.226, subdivision 3, are appropriated annually from the children's trust fund for the prevention of child abuse to the commissioner of children, youth, and families to carry outsections 142A.41to142A.415.
