Minnesota Statutes Property Taxes (Ch. 272-289) § 284.07. County auditor's certificate to be prima facie evidence

The county auditor's certificate of forfeiture recorded by the county auditor as provided bysection 281.23, subdivision 9, and acts supplemental thereto, or by any other law hereafter enacted providing for the recording of such a certificate or a certified copy of such certificate or of the record thereof, shall, for all purposes, be prima facie evidence that all requirements of the law respecting the taxation and forfeiture of the lands therein described were complied with, and that at the date of the certificate absolute title to such lands had vested in the state by reason of forfeiture for delinquent taxes, as set forth in the certificate.
