When any sale has been made undersections 282.221to282.226, upon payment in full of the purchase price, appropriate conveyance in fee, in such form as may be prescribed by the attorney general, shall be issued by the commissioner of natural resources to the purchaser or the purchaser's assignee, and the conveyance shall have the force and effect of a patent from the state.
