Minnesota Statutes Property Taxes (Ch. 272-289) § 282.132. Timber defined

As used insections 282.01to282.13, “timber” means trees that will produce forest products of value, whether standing or down, and including, but not limited to, logs, bolts, pulpwood, posts, poles, cordwood, lumber and decorative material.
