Minnesota Statutes Postsecondary Education (Ch. 135A-137) § 136A.30. Source of payment of expenses

Current as of January 01, 2025 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions ofsections 136A.25to136A.42, shall be payable solely from funds provided under the authority ofsections 136A.25to136A.42, and no liability shall be incurred by the authority hereunder beyond the extent to which money shall have been provided under the provisions ofsections 136A.25to136A.42.
