Minnesota Statutes Municipalities (Ch. 471-472B) § 471.82. Repealer, exceptions

1 Laws 1929, chapter 303, was entitled, “An act relating to the financial affairs of all villages now or hereafter having a population of more than 5,000, and less than 10,000, and an assessed valuation (exclusive of moneys and credits) of more than $10,000,000, and less than $20,000,000, including and prescribing penalties for violation of its provisions.”

2 Laws 1931, chapter 342, was entitled, “An act relating to the financial affairs of all villages now or hereafter having a population of more than 2,000 inhabitants and less than 3,000 inhabitants, and an assessed valuation of more than $3,000,000 and less than $4,000,000, providing for placing such villages on a cash basis, and including and prescribing penalties for violation of its provisions.”

3 Laws 1933, chapter 210, was entitled, “An act relating to the financial affairs of independent school districts having a population of more than 20,000 and an assessed valuation of more than $2,750 per capita of population, exclusive of moneys and credits, authorizing the issuance of certain bonds, legalizing and validating certain expenditures, and prescribing the liability of officers of such school districts for violations of its provisions.”

4 Laws 1933, chapter 275, was entitled, “An act relating to the financial affairs of all villages having a population of more than 1,300 and less than 1,500, and an assessed valuation of taxable property (exclusive of moneys and credits) of more than $3,000,000 and less than $4,000,000, more than 70% of which consists of iron ore; and including and prescribing the liability of officers and employees of such villages for violations of its provisions.”

5 Laws 1933, chapter 415, was entitled, “An act relating to the financial affairs of certain villages having a population of more than 2500 and less than 3000 and an assessed valuation of taxable property (exclusive of moneys and credits) of more than $4,000,000, more than 70% of which assessed valuation consists of iron ore; including and prescribing penalties for violation of its provisions and legalizing certain warrants.”

6 Laws 1935, chapter 261, was entitled, “An act authorizing the issuance of bonds in independent school districts having a population of more than 7,500 and less than 11,000 and an assessed valuation of more than $2,000 per capita of population, exclusive of moneys and credits; regulating the financial affairs of such districts and placing same upon a cash basis; relating to the levies of taxes therein, and prescribing penalties for violations of its provisions; and repealing certain inconsistent acts.”
