Minnesota Statutes Municipalities (Ch. 471-472B) § 471.52. Apportionment of payments

Each agreement entered into pursuant tosection 471.50shall contain the names of the political subdivisions with respect to which it is consummated, and a statement of the proportionate share of the payment by the United States to which each subdivision shall be entitled.
