WHEREAS, the District Administrators presented a Resolution to the Conference of Chief and Assistant Chief Judges at their December 2, 1981, meeting recommending the adoption of 81/2 x 11 inch paper in all courts, and
WHEREAS, the Conference of Chief and Assistant Chief Judges considered and unanimously adopted said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court was requested to promulgate a rule mandating the exclusive use of 81/2 x 11 inch size paper in all courts in the State effective July 1, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court held a public hearing on this petition on Friday, April 9, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that effective July 1, 1983, only the standard size of 81/2 x 11 inch paper will be used for all filings, pleadings, motions, and petitions in all courts in the State of Minnesota.
