Minnesota Constitution Art. XIV, § 6. Trunk highway fund

Sec. 6. There is hereby created a trunk highway fund which shall be used solely for the purposes specified insection 2of this article and the payment of principal and interest of any bonds issued under the authority ofsection 11of this article and any bonds issued for trunk highway purposes prior to July 1, 1957. All payments of principal and interest on bonds issued shall be a first charge on money coming into this fund during the year in which the principal or interest is payable.
