Minnesota Statutes Metropolitan Area (Ch. 473-473J) § 473.871. New municipal sewer systems

Notwithstanding the provisions ofsections 462.355,473.175, and473.851to473.871the council shall have no authority under this chapter to require a local governmental unit to construct a new sewer system.
