Minnesota Statutes Metropolitan Area (Ch. 473-473J) § 473.631. Boundaries of major airport

1 Laws 1953, chapter 715, § 7, the effective date section, provides: “Effective dates. This act, except that part of Section 3 [enacting § 360.128 (repealed; see, now, M.S.A. § 473.626) ] providing for the appointment of an assessor, and except Section 5 [enacting § 360.131 (repealed; see, now, M.S.A. § 473.629) ] and Section 6 [enacting § 360.132 (repealed; see, now, M.S.A. § 473.631) ], shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1955, and as to said part of Section 3 and as to Section 5 and Section 6, the same shall take effect and be in force from and after the passage of this act.”
