Minnesota Statutes Local Public Utilities, Enterprises (Ch. 451-459) § 458A.36. Conflicting authority

The exercise by the authority and the city council of the powers provided insections 458A.21to458A.37shall not be subject to regulation by or the jurisdiction or control of any other public body or agency, either state, county, or municipal, except as specifically provided insections 458A.21to458A.37.
