Minnesota Statutes Local Public Utilities, Enterprises (Ch. 451-459) § 458A.14. Severability of provisions

The provisions ofsections 458A.01to458A.15shall be severable, and if any provision thereof or the application of any such provision under any circumstances is held invalid, it shall not affect any other provision ofsections 458A.01to458A.15or the application of any provision thereof under different circumstances.
