Minnesota Statutes Local Public Utilities, Enterprises (Ch. 451-459) § 458.38. Issue and sale of bonds

Bonds issued undersections 458.36to458.40must be sealed with the city seal, signed by the mayor, attested by the city clerk, and countersigned by the city comptroller or city auditor. The signatures on the coupons, if any, attached to the bonds may be lithographed. The city council shall decide the manner of the sale and how much to sell of the amount authorized insections 458.36to458.40.
