Minnesota Statutes Local Public Utilities, Enterprises (Ch. 451-459) § 458.23. Land or easement to vest in city

The city's taking and appropriation of the land for the purposes ofsections 458.20to458.23occurs when the proceedings are over and the awards are paid. At that time the land or the easement in the land for those purposes vests absolutely in the condemning city.
