The agency shall publish in the State Register a notice of the availability electronically of all data relating to the state ceiling, state demographer population and rental unit estimates, and other information or procedures specified insection 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 1applicable United States Treasury Department regulations, and this subdivision, that the agency considers pertinent to the distribution of low-income housing credits and a link to the information described in this section. Publications under this section are not subject to chapter 14.
