Nothing contained insections 469.016to469.024shall be construed as limiting the power of an authority (1) with respect to a housing project to vest in an obligee the right, in the event of a default by the authority, to take possession or cause the appointment of a receiver of the project, free from the restrictions imposed by this section orsection 469.023; or (2) with respect to a redevelopment project, in the event of a default by a purchaser or lessee of land, to acquire property and operate it free from such restrictions.
